Greenery: A Gift of Nature

Greenery: A Gift of Nature Leaves dancing gently in the breeze, Peace whispers softly through the trees. Tender grass wraps the earth with care, Nature’s touch brings comfort everywhere. Birds find shelter, rivers glide so clear, Blooming flowers bring smiles near. Shade and silence, kindness and grace, A healing calm fills every space. Each leaf holds a sign of hope, For cleaner air and dreams that cope. Let’s protect this gentle scene, So the world forever stays green.  GR kaviyoor  30 06 2025

A New Beginning

A New Beginning  A new day shines, the sky so wide, Dreams awake we held inside. The past is gone, the page is clean, We step ahead, with hearts serene. The morning breeze begins to sing, With every hope, a brand new wing. Mist may fade but stars still shine, Your path ahead will soon align. Start again, don’t be afraid, Even storms will slowly fade. Every end hides seeds of spring, This is life — a beginning. This is the start, just take one step, Beyond the fear, there’s light ahead. After the tears, a smile will grow, This is the song of life, you know. GR kaviyoor  30 06 2025

The Depth of Silence(Inspired by Gurudev Sri Sri)

The Depth of Silence (Inspired by Gurudev Sri Sri) In silence deep, the soul takes flight, Beyond the noise, into pure light. Meditation clears the cloudy mind, A peace within, so rare to find. Though thoughts may rise and pull us back, Still gently stay upon the track. Each time we sit with calm intent, Our restless waves are slowly spent. With steady breath and patient grace, We touch the stillness, face to face. A journey inward, deep and true— 'Till all that’s left is only you. GR kaviyoor  29 06 2025

Lonely Thoughts – 83

Lonely Thoughts – 83 When others question what you truly are, Shine brighter still, like a rising star. Their doubts are shadows, not your truth, You hold your strength since early youth. A diamond’s worth is always tried, Its sparkle tested, never denied. Even gold must prove its gleam, Though pure and real, it faces the stream. So walk with pride through every test, You know your heart, you've done your best. Let judgment pass like drifting air, Stand tall with courage, bold and rare. GR kaviyoor  29 06 2025

Lonely Thoughts – 82

Lonely Thoughts – 82 To find a flaw within the soul, Is richer than the finest goal. A humble heart that dares to see, Its own misstep can set it free. Not pride, but truth, should lead the way, To gently shape what words can’t say. No shame in saying, “I was blind,” For courage speaks with grace and mind. When ego falls and silence stays, We grow through honest, brighter days. The noblest strength is soft and clear— Admitting wrong, then drawing near. GR kaviyoor  26 06 2025

Lonely Thoughts – 81

Lonely Thoughts – 81 Shadows and Whispers Some speak too loud in silent halls, With names and glories they recall. They wear the past like polished gold, And measure worth in stories told. Yet in the hush, a few just stay, Their hearts have more than words to say. No need to ask, no claim to prove, They simply stand, they gently move. Unseen, they hold what can't be shown, Their comfort speaks in softer tone. The proud may fade, their echoes cease, But love walks on in quiet peace. GR kaviyoor  25 06 2025

Lonely Thoughts – 80

Lonely Thoughts – 80 Wealth is not in coins or gold, But in a heart that's calm and bold. Peace of mind, so pure and deep, Gives restful nights and gentle sleep. Crowns may shine and riches grow, Yet restless minds still feel the blow. A quiet soul, so full of grace, Brings light and joy to every place. When storms arise and dreams seem far, Still peace can heal each hidden scar. So seek not more, but look within— That's where true treasures begin. GR kaviyoor  25 06 2025

Lonely Thoughts – 79

Lonely Thoughts – 79 When we ask with hope in eyes, What we get are empty tries. Like coins of little worth they seem, Far away from our heart’s dream. Love we chase with longing deep, Is often shallow, cold, or cheap. Not every smile or friendly face Carries truth or warm embrace. So take only what is truly kind, That touches heart and calms the mind. Not all that shines is meant to stay, Let true hearts walk your way. GR kaviyoor  24 06 2025

joyful light.

joyful light. O Lord, my soul is lost in a stormy sea, Waves of sorrow crash upon my weary heart. Enemies surround me with harsh might and decree, Yet in my innocence, I turn to You for a fresh start. I have walked in shame, burdened by bitter rain, And mocked at the city gate in simple despair. In fasting and tears, I have borne much pain, But You, O Lord, remain my hope and care. Rescue me from deep waters and fierce, wild winds, Let the rising dawn dispel the dark of night. Fill my soul with mercy, where pure love begins, So I may sing Your name with newfound, joyful light. GR kaviyoor  28 06 2025

Whispers of the Eternal

Whispers of the Eternal From silence deep in forest groves, Where sages sat in quiet thought, To Krishna’s flute that gently wove A song with love and meaning caught. From sacred chants in temple halls, To rivers flowing, pure and wise, Each voice within the dharma calls, Like stars that light the ancient skies. Kabir’s truth in humble rhyme, The Gita’s song through depths of soul— Now I, too, add my voice through time, A seeker walking toward the whole. GR Kaviyoor 28 06 2025

Joy That Grows

Joy That Grows - ( GR kaviyoor 28 06 2025) Speak of joy, and joy will stay, It shines more bright with every day. Not a flame that fades too soon, But like the sun that lifts the moon. A candle glows and then is gone, Its light is soft, its life not long. But wisdom spreads like fire wide, A forest flame that will not hide. Give more light, don’t hold it tight, Let truth and knowledge spark the night. And when more hearts begin to see, Joy will rise and flow like sea. — Inspired by Gurudev Sri Sri

The True Vine

The True Vine I am the vine, you are the part, Stay in me, and bear with heart. Without the root, no branch can grow, Only in love will true life flow. Follow my words, let joy be full, Love one another — that is the rule. I chose you first, to walk this way, To bear good fruit that will not stray. The world may hate, but do not fear, For I am with you, always near. The Spirit will come, truth to declare, Stand as a witness — I placed you there. — A humble reflection on John 15 GR kaviyoor  28 06 2025

In God I Rest

In God I Rest When fear surrounds and hope feels small, I know my God is Lord of all. His wings will guard, His light will shine, In darkest night, His hand is mine. No harm shall touch my dwelling place, For I am safe in His embrace. Angels watch as I go on, They lift me up when strength is gone. Through storms and fire, I will not fall, For God is near — He hears my call. With life and love, He blesses me, And shows His grace eternally. GR kaviyoor  25 06 2025

Lonely Thoughts – 78

Lonely Thoughts – 78  Why the Wars? In silence, a cradle lies empty tonight, A mother weeps under fading light. The sky once blue, now stained with fire, Dreams of peace buried in the mire. Innocent eyes search for grace, A child's hope lost without a trace. Fields once golden, now turned to dust, Homes abandoned, broken by mistrust. Leaders speak, but hearts don’t hear, The cost of hate is always dear. While flags rise high, lives fall low— Why must this world still choose woe? GR kaviyoor  24 06 2025

You Were a Book I Longed to Read

You Were a Book I Longed to Read You were a book I longed to read, Each page a dream, a whispered need. Lines you wrote with silent grace, Held my heart in their soft embrace. In every word, a secret shone, A world within I called my own. Sometimes rain, sometimes the sun, You were the start, you were not done. Your pages spoke in gentle hue, Of love, of pain, and all that’s true. I return again with tearful eyes, To read your tale that never dies. GR kaviyoor  22 06 2015

Lonely Thoughts – 77

Lonely Thoughts – 77 When gentle hearts must walk apart, A silence grows within the heart. Smiles once shared now fade away, Leaving echoes where joy would stay. Hands once held are now set free, Eyes search through memory's sea. Moments linger like distant song, Wishing time had stayed so long. Each goodbye carries hidden pain, Like sudden summer turned to rain. Still, the bond remains so true, Even if skies lose their blue. GR kaviyoor  22 06 2025

Lonely Thoughts – 76

Lonely Thoughts – 76 Not all that’s lost can be reclaimed, Some dreams vanish without a name. But those within our reach today, Deserve our effort, come what may. Let no doubt block the rising sun, Each step forward must be done. Paths may twist and hopes may bend, Still, the will must never end. Fear may whisper, time may test, But try we must, and give our best. The stars we touch with honest fight, Shall glow within, a guiding light. GR kaviyoor  22 06 2025

Special Yoga Day

Special Yoga Day  In morning calm, with rising sun, We greet the day, our minds as one. A breath so deep, a silent pose, Within us now, stillness flows. Stretch with ease, feel fresh and strong, Like nature’s rhythm, soft and long. The body bends, the spirit sings, As balance blooms from simple things. An ancient gift, a mindful art, It brings us close, both soul and heart. Let’s stand as one, in peace we stay, And celebrate this special yoga day.

Tears from the Sky”

Tears from the Sky”  A cloud moves in the sky of thoughts, The heart stays quiet in heavy winds. It carries weight without a sound, And falls as rain on awaiting face. The mind opens without words, And deep feelings slowly rise. From a sky full of sorrow, The tear becomes salty. A journey quietly ends, Just as it once began. In the drops that slipped away, A silence begins to sing. GR kaviyoor  20 06 2025

Lonely Thoughts – 75

Lonely Thoughts – 75 Fame that rises from selfish deeds Fades like footprints on shifting sands. Goodness blooms in silent hearts, Not in noise or clapping hands. Paper flowers may catch the eye, But lack the breath of morning dew. True fragrance spreads without a claim, Its beauty known by just a few. Empty prayers without the soul Are like lamps without a flame. Only truth can reach the skies, Only love remembers the name. GR kaviyoor  18 06 2025

Lonely Thoughts – 74

Lonely Thoughts – 74 "Tomorrow's News" Why chase the winds that haven't blown? Why fear the seeds not yet sown? Dreams unfold in their own way, No one reads a future day. Worries rise like morning mist, Fade they must, they can’t persist. Hope is born in present light, Not in shadows out of sight. Peace arrives when thoughts are still, Not dragged by some distant will. Live this breath, make it stay, Leave unknowns for time to say. GR kaviyoor  16 06 2025

Lonely Thoughts – 73

Lonely Thoughts – 73 If you waste the gift of dawn, Moments vanish, chances gone. Let each sunrise light your way, Grow with every step today. Old regrets can’t shape your fate, New resolve must not be late. Past is silent, still and cold, Now is fire—be brave, be bold. Hope’s not found in future's mist, Life is made with present's twist. What you do with time you hold, Writes your story, bright and bold. GR kaviyoor  13 06 2025

Lonely Thoughts – 72

Lonely Thoughts – 72 True Friends Through Truth Truth may walk a quiet path, away from applause or worldly gain. The crowd may drift, their voices uncertain, yet honesty does not tremble. False praises may fill the air, but genuine hearts value those who care. Loyalty grows beneath open skies, built on words untouched by deceit. Only a few may remain, but they stand firm, reaching with hands that mean no harm. Where light reveals, shadows disappear — the right companions belong to truth. GR kaviyoor  13 06 2025

Lonely Thoughts – 71

Lonely Thoughts – 71 The Mind's Light Happiness blooms not in gold or fame, It’s not in riches or a famous name. No palace high nor ocean wide, Can bring the joy we feel inside. It’s in our thoughts, so calm and bright, A peaceful mind makes dark days light. The world may change, the storms may roar, But calm within opens every door. A smile is born from how we see, Not from things, but who we be. So train the mind to seek the good, And joy will grow, just as it should. GR kaviyoor  12 06 2025

The Soul of a Home

The Soul of a Home A home is not just a structure of bricks and stone, It breathes — not with air, but with a soul of its own. Each wall has a heartbeat hidden inside, Each sound echoes where memories reside. Laughter and tears are never small, The sleepless memories don't rest at all. In the warmth of tea and midnight air, Silent memories hum their prayer. Time has left its marks on doors, Steps remember moments from before. The kitchen still holds the scent of the past, Moments return — quiet, but steadfast. Even when opened, it holds an unread silence, Yet within, flows a melody’s cadence. The windows weep, the garden sighs, Lonely nights sing love that never dies. The body ages, bends with time’s tide, But the heart holds firm on the inside. New laughter may light up the day, Yet old faith never fades away. This is no house — it is a being alone, The silent witness to bonds long grown. Life circles here, never strays too far, Enduring all — as evening's quiet star. GR kaviy...

Lonely Thoughts – 70

Lonely Thoughts – 70 Problems come like storms, fierce and loud, Leaving behind a trail of doubt and cloud. But like all storms, they do not last, They pass, and leave the past in the past. They teach us lessons, hidden deep, In moments when we are wide awake or asleep. They mark our journey, then fade away, Leaving us stronger with each passing day. The signature they leave is in our heart, A reminder that we're never torn apart. Problems, like waves, rise and fall, But in their wake, we stand tall. GR kaviyoor  10 06 2025

Lonely Thoughts – 69

Lonely Thoughts – 69 You arrive with tears in your tiny eyes, While hearts around beam like sunrise. Soft hands hold your tender form, Joy erupts, a loving storm. Years pass like fleeting light, Dreams grow and take their flight. One day, silence fills the air, A soul departs with peaceful prayer. Heaven greets with songs unknown, While down below we grieve alone. Smiles fade, yet hope survives, Love remembers through all lives. GR kaviyoor  10 06 2025

The Moon: A Saga

The Moon: A Saga  Poets say, the moon bears a stain, Yet in its smile, wonder rains. A mother lifts her crying child with care, Showing the moon — a sparkle in their stare. In hearts of lovers, night blooms quietly, As silent thoughts shine in silver poetry. The moon once smiled in a playful breeze, But for Ganesha, it turned to grief on Chaturthi’s eve. When fasts end, a gentle light ascends, Memories glow, the waiting never ends. Wives pray with love for their husbands' grace, Their longing lit in the midnight’s embrace. When “Shakti Sthal” was etched in lunar stone, India rose, claiming the moon its own. Neither Indra’s nor Surya’s brilliance may remain, But the moon shall forever in human hearts sustain. O Surya Deva, the witness of light

O Surya Deva, the witness of light  O Surya Deva, ocean of light, You are the source, life’s guiding sight. Gayatri Mantra flows in heart’s beat, Devotion wakes in every eye’s seat. At dawn, you call the distant earth, Your rays spread joy, new life’s birth. In trees and forests, colors bloom, Your touch turns green the world’s room. Planets move in your wheel’s spin, Even in silence, life you bring in. In winds and rains your rhythm swells, Your brightness fills creation’s spells. In Bharat’s land, a shining flame, In chants, your presence, a sacred name. When "Om Bhur Bhuvah" sounds arise, You light the fire in every heart’s skies. GR kaviyoor  09 06 2025

Lonely Thoughts – 68

Lonely Thoughts – 68 They had no time to see who waits, Chasing moments, racing with fates. Eyes fixed ahead, they walked in speed, Forgetting the hearts they made bleed. Those who waited, day and night, With gentle hope, held on tight. In silent strength, they hid their pain, Like flowers longing for summer rain. But when the busy turned to see, No waiting souls were there to be. Time had flown, doors were closed, The moment lost, forever froze. GR kaviyoor  09 06 2025

Lonely Thoughts – 67

Lonely Thoughts – 67 Don’t draw a line around your dream, Let it flow like a fearless stream. Wings are meant to touch the sky, Not just flap, but truly fly. A spark inside can light the world, Even small hopes can be unfurled. Each step forward breaks a chain, Rising sun must follow rain. Your strength may surprise you still, Climb the height with steady will. Never say what can't be done, Mountains move for hearts that run. GR kaviyoor  07 06 2025

Reading - The Song of Lessons and Books

Reading - The Song of Lessons and Books We must read, we must read, we must read every day, We must shed new light on our hearts and minds. When there is no one to help us, books together, On the paths of life's journey, they become bright guides. Books open up new paths of thought, Thoughts through stories, on the emotional planes of thoughts. Teasing in childhood, making us feel good in youth, For adults, becoming friends is affection Every reading opens up a new world, Thoughts and dreams come together, flowers bloom in the mind. Read so that we can survive, Without leaving a single word out, Reading is not just reading, it is the heart of life. G R Kaviyoor 07 06 2025

Whispers of Time Across the Ages

Whispers of Time Across the Ages Time was a rhythm of the hunt, Fire cracked open the night, Stars above — untamed, unexplained — Time was survival, not memory. Clay tablets held the moon’s moods, Sundials kissed temple walls, Pyramids pointed at time eternal — Time was divine, written in stars. Arrows paused mid-air in cosmic time, Dharma clashed with desire, Homer sang, Vyasa weaved — Time became a tale of fate and war. He whispered: “The Earth moves” — But churches burned his name. Galileo saw stars, but saw prison too. Socrates drank poison, not lies. Giordano Bruno became ash — Time punished truth… but not forever. Yet the round Earth kept spinning. Time waited — truth always returns. Astrolabes measured stars, Saints sang beyond caste and creed, Leonardo sketched flying time, Knowledge bloomed in candlelight. Steam made time louder, Machines became its messengers, Pocket watches ruled the wrist — Life followed the tick-tick. Wars swallowed years whole, Gandhi walked with time in ...

Lonely Thoughts – 64

Lonely Thoughts – 64 Wear not the mask of someone else, Be yourself, and none but self. In life’s long walk, true is the way, Where heart and soul don’t go astray. Borrowed clothes may shine and glow, But truth within will always show. A flower blooms in its own hue, It doesn’t try to copy the dew. Be proud of your voice, your tone, Your story is yours alone. In this world, be real, not a clone— The best role is playing your own. GR kaviyoor  06 06 2025

Lonely Thoughts - 63

Lonely Thoughts - 63 Light and Love When a ray falls in the darkness Fears run away silently. There is no need to hold grudges, Only goodness will change. Anger can rise, Love, cool it down with courage. Don't lose sight, help each other, Let's change the path with goodness. When grudges sing, let love sing, Let the guilt fade and the heart be purified. There is love in peace, Let us be on the path of light GR kaviyoor  06 06 2025

Lonely Thoughts – 62

Lonely Thoughts – 62 Life is a journey of rise and fall, Sometimes we stumble, sometimes stand tall. Dark clouds may cover the morning light, But soon the sky will turn warm and bright. Failures may knock on your silent door, Yet strength within will help you soar. Every tear teaches a hidden grace, Each trial leads to a better place. When the path feels rough and long, Hold on tight, you’ll grow strong. Down today? Tomorrow you’ll fly— Keep the faith, and reach the sky. GR kaviyoor  04 06 2025

Lonely Thoughts – 61

Lonely Thoughts – 61 Advice comes in different forms each day, Some are gentle, lighting up our way. A few are given just to please the eye, While others lift our hopes up high. One may help us grow and learn, Another may make our image turn. Even if reasons stay unclear, Truth within we still may hear. Kind or harsh, if it makes us wise, Accept it humbly, let ego rise. Lessons come from every voice, To walk the right path is our choice. GR kaviyoor  03 06 2025

Lonely Thoughts – 60

Lonely Thoughts – 60 Yesterday gave lessons in silence, Today holds questions with no guidance. Moments pass like drifting sand, Time moves with an unseen hand. Hope flickers in tomorrow's eyes, Dreams rise with morning skies. Wounds may heal, though scars remain, Smiles return after the rain. Each day writes a brand new page, Hearts grow wiser through every stage. Walk ahead, let fears be few — Life is learning, ever true. GR kaviyoor  03 06 2025

Lonely Thoughts – 58 & 59

Lonely Thoughts – 58 Many wish for life to stay long, Counting years as they walk along. But few seek days filled with grace, With meaning shining in every place. A heart that loves, a soul that sees, Kindness flowing like the breeze. Not just breathing, but truly awake, Giving more than we ever take. Moments lived with joy and care, Smiles we offer, burdens we share. Time may fly or slowly bend, But purpose makes it worth the end. GR kaviyoor  30 05 2025 Lonely Thoughts – 59 No matter who mocks you, stay kind, Even if they leave you far behind. When they hurt you without a care, Still choose love, be strong and fair. If sorrow comes like stormy rain, And fills your heart with silent pain, Don’t let anger take its place, Show the world a gentle face. Forgive again, and once more still, Let your heart reflect God’s will. For those who forgive, He stands near— Their path is blessed, their soul is clear. GR kaviyoor  02 06 2025
