Lonely Thoughts – 58

Many wish for life to stay long,
Counting years as they walk along.
But few seek days filled with grace,
With meaning shining in every place.

A heart that loves, a soul that sees,
Kindness flowing like the breeze.
Not just breathing, but truly awake,
Giving more than we ever take.

Moments lived with joy and care,
Smiles we offer, burdens we share.
Time may fly or slowly bend,
But purpose makes it worth the end.

No matter who mocks you, stay kind,
Even if they leave you far behind.
When they hurt you without a care,
Still choose love, be strong and fair.

If sorrow comes like stormy rain,
And fills your heart with silent pain,
Don’t let anger take its place,
Show the world a gentle face.

Forgive again, and once more still,
Let your heart reflect God’s will.
For those who forgive, He stands near—
Their path is blessed, their soul is clear.
