The Depth of Silence

In silence deep, the soul takes flight,
Beyond the noise, into pure light.
Meditation clears the cloudy mind,
A peace within, so rare to find.

Though thoughts may rise and pull us back,
Still gently stay upon the track.
Each time we sit with calm intent,
Our restless waves are slowly spent.

With steady breath and patient grace,
We touch the stillness, face to face.
A journey inward, deep and true—
'Till all that’s left is only you.
