Speak of joy, and joy will stay,
It shines more bright with every day.
Not a flame that fades too soon,
But like the sun that lifts the moon.

A candle glows and then is gone,
Its light is soft, its life not long.
But wisdom spreads like fire wide,
A forest flame that will not hide.

Give more light, don’t hold it tight,
Let truth and knowledge spark the night.
And when more hearts begin to see,
Joy will rise and flow like sea.
