The Forgotten Rain

The Forgotten Rain

Clouds drifted into the distance,
Raindrops remained as memories,
Leaves waited in quiet silence,
The earth looked up toward the sky.

Flowers preserved their fragrance,
Rivers never forgot their songs,
The breeze retold forgotten stories,
The heart searched for vanished moments.

The rain was never truly gone,
Life smiled again through tender leaves,
As memories stayed fresh like dew,
Hope returned as a gentle rain.
