Moving Stillness

Moving Stillness

Beside the silent backwaters,
Time itself seemed to stand still.
Yet within the touch of wind,
The waves moved gently onward.

In the long shadows of trees,
Memories continued to drift.
Moments left forever unspoken,
Lived quietly within the heart.

Though everything appeared still outside,
An inner journey continued on.
Within that moving stillness,
Life discovered its own voice.
