Evening Star

Evening Star

The evening sky gazes in shades of blue,
Stars look back, remembering you.
Birds return to the warmth of their nest,
The breeze brings a whisper of rest.

Paths glow softly in fading light,
Unknown hearts search for the sight.
In the eyes fallen along the way,
Reflections of morning hold their sway.

Memories of days warmed by the sun,
Sink gently into evening’s soft hum.
A voice emerges in the silent stream,
Becoming hope that lights the dream.
