Touch of a Shadow

Touch of a Shadow

A breath drifts through the streets of evening,
hidden light pauses by the roadside.
A presence the eyes cannot see,
known only to the heart.

Silence carried by the wind
settles gently upon the steps.
Somewhere far, a memory stirs,
moving inward without a sound.

An old moment returns again,
though time has changed, its scent remains.
Within the dark, without fear,
touch alone becomes the guide.
