Eyes’ Imprint

Eyes’ Imprint

A glance pauses along the way,
a story spoken without words.
Where language fails to arrive,
the eyes scatter meaning.

Even as moments fade away,
that vision does not change.
Between light and shadow,
a quiet mark remains.

As time keeps moving forward,
memory calls from behind.
That imprint set within the eyes
is kept only in the heart.
