Summer Song

Summer Song

Morning dew fell gently, full of life
Unchanging memories overflowed
The river glistened in soft sunlight
Mountains woke in the cool breeze

The fragrance of flowers spread around
Little birds’ voices echoed softly
Paths of spring lay silent and still
The blue sky opened like poetry

Dancing in the stir of the wind
Evening smiles lit the horizon
My heart soaked in the song of summer
And from the birds, the melody flowed again
