Chaitra Midnight

Chaitra midnight filled with fragrance
Shadows fell softly on the grassy paths
Sunlight gleamed in the tears of day
The silence of the night was calm and still

Tenderness of the flowers rose above hearts
The breeze carried the song of love
The river’s murmur flowed along the banks
Eyes of birds sparkled in the sky

Beneath the blue sky, dreams overflowed
Spring’s buds smiled gently
My heart wandered through the blossoms
Love flowed in Chaitra midnight’s rain
