On silent paths, the heart’s pulse grows restless
Memory-rain shapes a river of tears
Breath of waiting brushes the night
Distance turns into wounds within time

Your shadow climbs the steps of dreams
A lamp-wick guards fragile hope
Silence awakens music inside the chest
The distant moon caresses the inner sky

Fragrance of separation fills every breath
Faith in tomorrow lights the way ahead
Slipping moments are slowly counted
Reunion echoes again as the song of life
