Soaked Rain

Soaked Rain

Soaked rain kissed the earth softly
Green leaves shivered, awakening with life
The darkened sky gently broke apart
Droplets fell like sighs from above

The warmth of tea in the evening melted softly
The roadside lamp flickered and glowed
Memories, drenched in rain, sought the heart
Solitude quietly drifted away without a sound

Moments drummed on the windowpane
Time paused gently, as if still
With the rain, the mind melted too
Peace spread like a silent prayer
