Moonlight Magic

Moonlight Magic

A cool breeze blew softly
The earth’s fragrance filled the air
Leaves’ eyes drooped, weary and still
Moonlight’s gentle glow made the stars invisible

Green hills shimmered quietly
Butterflies circled all around
A fragrant night breeze drifted gently
Gentle wings fluttered and flew away

Memories walked along the shadowed path
Shadows moved gently by their side
The cuckoo’s song echoed softly
A small touch of love gave its light
