“Postal Day”

“Postal Day”

Memories asleep in ink awaken again,
The handwritten days once bloomed with sweetness.

Along the lanes came the smiling postman,
A guest of love whom hearts waited for.

Words on paper sang like melodies,
Bridging distances with bonds of care.

As time kept flowing, the world transformed,
Now the globe turns with a fingertip’s touch.

Old letters bloom as tender memories,
In every heart, Postal Day still blossoms.
