On the Path of Life

On the Path of Life

If there had been no yesterday,
Would today have ever been born?
And if today fades away,
Will tomorrow still arrive?

On these endless winding roads,
May my steps never stumble,
May the music of gestures remain,
Unwithered, unbroken forever.

The twilight breeze has carried away
The tender tune of my dreams,
Like shadows that slipped away,
Echoes of my fading memories.

Joys and sorrows out of reach,
Flow with time’s own rhythm,
Yet the heart still seeks a light,
In the moment that comes only once.

In the earth’s embrace as a shadow,
I learned countless lessons sung,
And in the touch of the new horizon,
The journey of life begins once again.
