Calamity

Calamity

Dark clouds gather without call,
Shadows creep and spirits fall.
Winds roar loud through empty streets,
Storm and fear in silence meets.

Trees bow low to nature’s might,
Houses shake in restless night.
Rivers break their patient bound,
Chaos spreads without a sound.

Yet through ruins hope will grow,
Hands unite, warm hearts will show.
Every trial clears the way,
For a brighter, calmer day.
