Lonely Thoughts – 91

Lonely Thoughts – 91

No jewel shines like love so true,
No diamond holds a brighter hue.
Crowns may dazzle, gold may gleam,
But love outlives the richest dream.

It needs no shape, no precious stone,
Yet warms the heart when all alone.
Kings have bowed and saints have prayed,
For just the peace that love has made.

No price can match its silent grace,
It lights the soul, it leaves a trace.
Of all the gifts from skies above,
The rarest one is purest love.
