A Tale Lived Silently

A Tale Lived Silently

No one ever stood by me, yet I never complained.
I embraced every pain with a smile, turned it into a tale.

Even after parting, they remained close to my soul,
In every joy without them, I still chose their name.

In dewy dreams, it was always them I saw,
In moonlit nights, their name I inscribed.

At every turn, life gave me a new punishment,
But at every turn, I chose courage instead.

What complaints from strangers, when even my own felt distant?
Why blame anyone, when I erased myself?

In the final couplet, one name remained—‘G.R.’
I turned every sorrow into poetry and fulfilled my role.
