Whispers rise in the silent night,
Stirring shadows with quiet fright.
Peace hides when doubts begin,
Battles rage deep within.

Silent storms, no one can see,
Chains forged by memory’s key.
Joy fades where worries grow,
Calmness lost in the inner flow.

Truth bends in the mirror’s gaze,
Hope dims in a mental haze.
Freedom lies beyond the maze,
When stillness lights the mind’s darkness.!
