Lonely Thoughts – 51

Lonely Thoughts – 51

Some drift away when life gets crowded,
chasing noise, forgetting faces.
A few, though, hold us in quiet corners
of their thoughts, without needing reminders.

They don’t announce their care,
but it arrives like morning light through a window.
They make space in the middle of chaos,
not because they must, but because they feel.

For such souls, we too must pause,
not out of duty, but from knowing.
Attention given without asking
is where true connection begins.
