Lonely Thoughts – 26

Lonely Thoughts – 26

Words must be measured before they leave,
Let not anger guide their path.
Like blades they may cut deep,
Hurting hearts without leaving scars.

Let sweetness flow through your gaze,
And let compassion shine in your eyes.
Not just the body, the soul too aches,
Sharp words pierce deeper than wounds.

Seek beauty and kindness in what you say,
Respect the power of silence too.
Even a single word can break a heart—
So taste it well before you serve.
