Solitary Thoughts – 15
(Pahalgam: The Valley of Tears)

In Pahalgam’s hush, silence bled,
Terror marched where prayers had led.

Poor hands joined, pleading sky,
Fell to hate’s unholy cry.

Trousers pulled, names denied,
Faith was judged — truth defied.

A bullet knows no sacred name,
But men gave fire their twisted claim.

What pity—death chose with a plan,
Not on crime, but faith of man.

Valley of peace, now cries in pain,
Even shadows fear the rain.
