Light in darkness

Light in darkness

In the depth of darkest night,
A tiny flame brings gentle light.
With a flicker, it softly glows,
Chasing shadows as it grows.

In the stillness, whispers bright,
Guiding lost hearts with its sight.
Warm and tender, ever near,
Easing every lurking fear.

Though the world may seem so vast,
This small light holds firm and fast.
Hope it offers, pure and true,
Lighting paths for me and you.
