Life’s a journey, not a race,
So take it slow, at your own pace.
Feel the sunshine on your face,
Enjoy each step, embrace the space.

Notice flowers by the road,
Feel the lightness, shed the load.
Hear the river’s gentle flow,
Watch the stars in twilight glow.

Taste the salt in ocean’s breeze,
Find your calm among the trees.
In every moment, find your peace,
Let your worries gently cease.
