silence Keeps peeping

 silence Keeps peeping

In the quiet of night, whispers creep,

Echoes of solitude, secrets to keep.

Your silence, a visitor, unseen yet known,

In my empty room, it finds a home.

Through cracks in the walls, it peeps and stares,

A spectral presence, catching me unawares.

In the shadows it lingers, a ghostly groom,

Dancing with loneliness in the gloom.

Each creak of the floorboards, each sigh of the wind,

A symphony of emptiness, where echoes rescind.

Yet within this silence, a solace I find,

A sanctuary of stillness, to ease the mind.

So let it peep, let it peer, let it roam,

For in this silent space, I've found my own home.
