Nature lights

Nature lights

When night cried,
Moonlight dripped,
Softly through the silent trees,
Silver tears upon the leaves.

Stars whispered
Songs of old,
Winds carried
Stories told.

Shadows danced
On the ground,
Dreams awakened
Without sound.

In the quiet,
Hearts would mend.
