"Letters of Love in Memories"
"Letters of Love in Memories" In search of you, I speak to the withered river, Ready to fall, like the waiting leaf. The wind I await, like trees stand still, Preparing to sing alone, Hearing the cuckoo’s song, I listen intently. At dawn, I ready myself to meet the tune, With flutes and chirps filling the air. None saw, none knew, Of you—who now will I ask? I am but a page in the book of my memories, my love, All that I saw and said, Is known to me as it was, long ago. In every line I write, love sways, Turning into a sweet, aching sorrow. Filled with your memories, I find a page in my verses, forever marked. Flowing through the dim-eyed nights, Endless daylight dreams linger on, In my eyes, memories veil the path, To shores that I can never forget. You, the love hidden within me, Have become the beauty of a pure rainbow, In the shadow of memories, I search for you still, as poetry, my darling! GR kaviyoor 31 01 2025
